Join us as we kick off our Korean cooking class series delving into the art of preparing an iconic Korean banchan, kimchi led by Sara Upshaw, owner of OHSUN. Learn how to prepare ingredients, experiment with flavor variations, and gain insights into the fermentation process while enjoying Korean comfort foods prepared by Sara and the OHSUN team. This class offers a unique and approachable way to master kimchi-making, leaving you with the skills to recreate this beloved dish at home and the confidence and know-how to experiment with ingredients to make it your own. 

Class duration: 3.5 hrs
Dietary notes: gluten-free, vegan option available.
Each student will take home a jar of radish kimchi and mak kimchi.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be passed to another person. Cocktails and beverages available for purchase.
