Ring in the Lunar New Year, also known as Seollal in Korea, by learning how to make mandu (Korean dumplings) with Chef Carolina No. Preparing mandu is a cherished Korean tradition symbolizing good fortune and for us, is a labor of love. We’ll go over different folding techniques, filling recipes, and cooking methods that everyone can enjoy and would make for a fun group activity for the holiday. Alongside your dumpling creations, Carolina and the OHSUN team will prepare classic New Year dishes including tteok manduguk (rice cake dumpling soup) and maejakgwa (ginger cookies).

Class duration: 3 hours
