Kimbap or Korean hand rolls are the ultimate go-to picnic snack as Koreans celebrate the spring season, but kimbap should really be enjoyed all year round. Join instructor Carolina No as she demonstrates how to cook and season kimbap rice, prepare classic fillings, and illustrate the various techniques of rolling the perfect kimbap. Enjoy the balance of flavors and textures of your kimbap creations with accompaniments prepared by Carolina and the OHSUN team.

Each workshop starts with appetizers and ends with a full meal. We hope you feel comfort through the food we feed you, and the skills to learn how to make Korean home cooking on your own.
