Join instructor Carolina No as she delves into the art of preparing an iconic Korean banchan, kimchi. Learn how to prepare ingredients, experiment with flavor variations, and gain insights into the fermentation process. This class offers a unique and approachable way to master kimchi-making, leaving you with the skills to recreate this beloved dish at home and the confidence and know-how to experiment with ingredients to make it your own.

Each workshop starts with appetizers and ends with a full meal. We hope you feel comfort through the food we feed you, and the skills to learn how to make Korean home cooking on your own.

Class duration: 3 hrs
Dietary notes: gluten-free, vegan option available.
Each student will take home radish kimchi and mak kimchi.
